You guide a team of IT specialists:in the field of support, projects and maintenance You take responsibility for personnel planning, including the selection and recruitment of new employees, with the aim of building and leading a strong, motivated and powerful team You promote the professional development of your team members and trainees through regular feedback talks, training and individual development plans You make a smooth run in the daily business, like e.g. in support and service management, and supports in resource planning and prioritization of tasks You lead a team of IT specialists:in the 1st- 2nd and 3rd level support, projects and maintenance sector and are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of IT projects You monitor and report on KPIs and continuously improve processes

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in IT, ideally with leadership responsibility You have sound knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks and modern technologies You have experience in project management, e.g. according to Scrum, ITIL or comparable You draw through strong communication skills and a sovereign appearance You are an organizational talent and work in a solution-oriented and structured manner, with fun in leadership, motivation and development of teams
