Customs Officer (m/f/d)

You are engaged in international order processing and are also responsible for the creation of the LLE. Your tasks include creating export declarations and you are responsible for requesting, managing and archiving tax evidence. The collection and management of preferential evidence and export master data (coding and classification) are also part of your activities and you also work on IT projects – software implementation for import/export and preferential software. You monitor the business activities with particular attention to circumvention and verification, as well as the release of business models or individual transactions. You support the development of the structures of export and export departments and analyze and document export operations taking into account relevant regulations. You check and approve export documents and requests regarding compliance with legal requirements. You communicate with international authorities and partners on import and export regulations, coordinate and process export requests from different group companies and monitor and optimize customs processes if necessary.

You have successfully completed your studies or professional training with the focus on foreign business or logistics. You have well-founded professional experience in the field of external economics and experience in order processing and processing. You are experienced in cooperation with international authorities and partners. Ideally, you have knowledge of cross-border rows and triangles or are willing to develop this knowledge with our support. You are safe in handling the SAP system.
