In doing so, you keep in mind all the tasks and tickets in our ITSM tool and distributes customer requests specifically to the right professionals. With fingertips you will find the right skills for upcoming assignments and negotiate sovereign prices in purchasing external resources. You reliably convert services to Faktura and ensure a clean monthly closing. In addition, you will work with your colleague, responsible for the central communication mailbox and enjoy the variety between home office and presence work at our locations in Hamburg or Kiel.
