Project management: They take on exciting strategic projects with direct proximity to our subsidiaries and management. You act as an important point of intersection between central decision makers and operational units. Conceptual support: They support Director Operations on strategic topics such as the preparation of business review meetings and contribute to the implementation of measures that make a real difference. Strategic planning: They accompany and coordinate the annual strategic planning round of the declines, including the creation of 5-year plans, and ensure a frictionless coordination between all parties. Communication: They work closely with the management, regional directories and the management of low-level management to efficiently coordinate strategic and operational issues.

Qualification: They have a completed degree in the field of economics or management and a comparable qualification. First experience in project management or operation management is advantageous. Strategic thinking: They have a strong understanding of entrepreneurship and have the ability to develop long-term plans and to accompany their implementation. IT affinity: They have safe features in the current MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Communication strength: They understand how to communicate with different stakeholders and to present complex issues.
