Working Student Personnel Development – Training Management & Organization (m/w/d)

As a working student (m/w/d), you take responsibility for organizational processes in personnel development. You work autonomously, structured and quality-consciously, so that learning and development are truly effective in everyday life.

You support the team of personnel development in the daily operating business – from the organization to the implementation of our learning and training measures as well as the young talent programs (Azubi and Traineeeprogramm, students) You perform tasks in training management, e.g. booking trainings and certificates, as well as maintaining relevant data and systems As part of the various young talent programs, you take a central role in operational project management You work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth running of our learning processes You help to digitize and automate processes to make our work even more efficient In addition, you are working on current topics related to our portfolio (continuation, leadership, talent and performance, culture and commitment, health, diagnostics) and gain a wide range of insights into the colourful world of human and organizational development.

You study BWL, Psychology, Education, Social Sciences or a similar subject You like to work structured, carefully and self-responsibility and have the pleasure to work on tasks reliably You have a high level of quality and take care of accuracy You feel comfortable in an environment where you keep an eye on processes, optimize and digitally support processes You are a team player (m/w/d), clearly communicate with different stakeholders and actively contribute to the daily business Become a team member of our staff development at the Bonn site and support us with 20 hours a week.
