You are responsible for the strategic and operational orientation of internal and external communication and contribute significantly to a uniform, transparent and effective communication appearance of the RSGV. You develop the communication strategy in close coordination with the department management and ensure their targeted implementation. You conduct the communication and society staff professional, organizational and personnel. You will develop structures, processes and procedures in accordance with your needs and promote effective cooperation within the staff office. You control the strategic press and communication work in the classical and social media, develop communication lines and are responsible for the communicative accompaniment of particularly relevant, sensitive or crisis-related topics. You design a transparent and dialogue-oriented internal communication and develop formats, communication channels as well as editorial and voting processes according to target groups. You advise the department management as well as, if necessary, the management on all strategic issues of internal and external communication and act as a communication-strategic contact person. You control selected topics of the social commitment of the association (in the fields of education, environment, social, culture and sports). Your profile – expertly competent, personally committed You have qualified theoretical training (studium or savings banks/bank teaching with additional qualifications such as the savings bank specialist or the savings bank business operator) Ideally, you have several years of relevant professional and leadership experience in press and public relations, corporate communication or in the field of public affairs, preferably in the Sparkassen financial group or in a comparable organization. You have sound knowledge of strategic communication work as well as the development and implementation of communication strategies. You bring experience in managing complex communication processes as well as dealing with sensitive, political or crisis-related issues. You have a very good written and oral expressive capacity as well as pronounced editorial and conceptual skills.
