TREX.PARTS as a joint venture between the FRICKE Group and the intralogistics specialist Jungheinrich offers our B2B customers the right wear parts for their industrial trucks of all brands - from the original part to spare parts of the original equipment to the high-quality own brand. Since 2019, we have been active with our growing team and our extensive webshop in over 60 countries worldwide. GROW WITH US - To expand our team we are looking for a master at Sittensen site as Allrounder / Facility Manager You are in this role responsible for our three properties (in Sittensen and district Rotenburg/Wümme).

Maintain our locations: Responsibility for the maintenance and maintenance of three properties (in Sittensen and district Rotenburg/Wümme) Reliably carry out repairs: carrying out small repairs on buildings, facilities and outdoor facilities Take over seasonal tasks: care of green areas, carrying out winter services and seasonal work Monitoring & operating: Regular control and operation of technical systems (e.g. heating, lighting, safety systems) Managing external service providers: coordination and monitoring of external service providers Contact person for local concerns: Contact person for tenants, employees and local administration

Training & Qualification: completed craft training or a corresponding professional experience in facility management; Driving licence class B, BE is mandatory Professional experience & expertise: technical understanding and craftsmanship Personal competence: independent, structured and reliable working methods, as well as a friendly and service-oriented appearance
