Regular control procedures Implementation of visual and functional controls in buildings and outdoor areas for early detection of defects and disturbances. Small repairs and simple repairs Self-contained execution of small repairs (e.g. door and window fittings, lighting, minor damage to equipment), support of technical colleagues in simple repair work. Monitoring of buildings and external installations Control of order, cleanliness and security, support in compliance with operator and traffic safety requirements in the object. First contact for users and tenants reception of disturbances and concerns on site, direct communication with users and tenants, forwarding or Coordination of processing to internal and external partners. Coordination of external service providers Support in the organisation and support of external craftsmen and service providers, control of performance and quality. Documentation in the CAFM system Detection of activities, disturbances and processing levels in the CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management) for transparent and comprehensible documentation. Support for operator and transport obligations Participation in ensuring proper operation of the plants and the safe use of the buildings and outer surfaces in accordance with internal requirements and legal requirements.
