Our goal is ambitious: We want to significantly reduce our receivables, realize cash more quickly and release additional funds for investments and to strengthen our operating result. For this, you work closely with sales and finance in Germany, Belgium, Austria and Switzerland – and jointly accelerate the entire cash collection cycle.

Your tasks

Cash & liquidity management: You tax liquidity, develop cash status and optimise cash pooling and financing structures Forecasting & Analyses: First, short- and medium-term liquidity forecasts, analyzes deviations and perform scenario and stress tests Working Capital Management: You opt for KPIs like DSO, DPO and Cash Conversion Cycle and identify improvements in debitor and creditor processes Process and digitization projects: You guide or accompany projects (TMS, ERP, automation) and improve end-to-end processes Financial instruments & harmonisation: You harmonize financial processes, secure internal controls, support balance-sheet reviews and introduce automated voting solutions That's what you bring 5-7 years of experience in treasury, cash or working capital environment (e.g. corporate treasury, controlling with cash focus or comparable) Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and treasury management systems of advantage Ideally experience in insurance, financial services, or in an audit/consultation environment Very good knowledge of German and English, French For this job, the full-time salary range (40 hours per week), depending on professional experience and qualification, is from 70,000 to 80,000 euros per year. Since you will work closely with colleagues from Belgium, Switzerland and Austria, we need regular travel readiness (about 1 times in the quarter).
