They assume the overall economic, technical and human responsibility for the development and control of the intensive care sector at two sites. They develop the area strategically and extend further locations in perspective. You build your team for the area and care for the further development of your employees. You can organize the operations and ensure the high quality standards. They secure the successful occupancy through marketing measures and build a network in the region. You maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the management.

They are a responsible nurse in extraclinical intensive care. They have at least two years of professional experience in extraclinical intensive care. With your multi-year leadership experience and your independent, structured work, you take over the leadership of the area. As an empathic and communication-strong guide person, you can take care of responsible, professional handling of seriously ill patients and their relatives.
