The IT team at Stromnetz Berlin GmbH supports the departments in digitizing the business processes. We implement internal and external challenges to a digital network operator in strategic initiatives, architectures and projects and operate the business applications of the departments. Conception and construction of IT systems within security-relevant and isolated IT zones Responsibility for the operation and further development of specialist applications including Application and system landscapes Supporting Linux and Windows server environments Installation, configuration and operation of web and application servers Analysis of disturbances and implementation of bug fixes in 2nd-/3rd-level support, submission of solutions and improvements Cooperation in projects (e.g. migration, introduction of new applications/systems, optimization of infrastructure) Coordination with departments, service providers and manufacturers Your further tasks include: support in the automation and standardization of operating processes Documentation of systems, processes and operations

a completed study of the field of computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification . practical experience in Linux and/or Windows server environments and IT infrastructures. well-founded knowledge of web and application servers (e.g. Apache, IIS, JBoss). well-founded knowledge of container technologies. Knowledge of development and operational processes (DevOps). practical experience in collaboration with IT projects. Plus no need: basic knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. Azure)
