Construction and expansion of a large number of commercial business entrepreneurs for our ERP and DMS solutions You agree dates for new and existing customers You implement the sales concept and consistently expand the customer base You identify needs and requirements and offer customers optimal solutions You present the CARAT software products and CARAT services for kitchen, bathroom and living with customers, provide professional advice and guide price negotiations You expand cooperation and build a good personal relationship You set ambitious sales targets and achieve these You process inquiries and plan your external services You represent the company at information and fair events You support us in the further development of our ERP system

We are looking for contact with acquisition- and consulting-experienced personalities who, on the basis of commercial training, have several years of successful professional experience in the kitchen and furniture trade. You are familiar with dealing with independent trading companies at “Augenhöhe”. In addition, bring: analytical and methodological professional approach sound business knowledge in kitchen/ furniture trade Consultancy/communication strength, persuasiveness, seriousness and trustworthiness high customer and service orientation Software affinity Experience in mapping business processes in an ERP software good self-organization skills and the willingness to permanent integration into a growing team German language skills English or Dutch knowledge of advantage safe handling of MS Office Experience in handling CRM systems Knowledge in the environment of ERP systems
