As a central tax function within the European business unit, you are responsible for the tax processes for several companies with a clear focus on sales tax issues and ensure the proper and timely settlement in daily business. The targeted use of SAP-based data analyses ensures the quality and stability of the tax processes and continuously develop existing processes and system logics. In addition, you are responsible for the supervision of tax issues in the field of corporate tax, ensuring a structured and professionally sound implementation in close coordination with internal departments and external consultants. In addition, You contribute to international tax issues and, in particular, support in the context of transfer pricing in selected analyses and topics. In your capacity as a central contact person, you work closely with the Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain and Controlling sectors and are regularly exchanged with the Global Tax Manager and the CFO Europe to evaluate tax issues in an international context and to accompany decisions in a sound manner.

You have a successfully completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxes or a comparable economic or legal discipline. Ideally, you have a tax consultant qualification, as an alternative you bring a very well-founded practical tax expertise in the field of corporate taxes. Their specialist focus is on the turnover tax sector. This allows you to securely capture, evaluate and implement complex issues. In addition, you have well-founded experience in corporate tax and ideally have first knowledge in international tax law, especially in transfer pricing. The independent analysis of tax issues, as well as the development of structured and practical solutions, is one of your strengths as well as address-oriented communication to different stakeholders. A structured, self-sponsored and result-oriented way of working out will allow you to safely control complex topics. You have a secure knowledge of German (-C1) as well as good knowledge of English (-B2), which you use in an international environment.
