To produce complex components, program, equip and service our wire cutting and lowering machines and reliably ensure that the finished workpieces are qualitatively perfect. Depending on your needs, you choose suitable manufacturing strategies and first set up clamping devices for different small series. In addition, you can recognize which electrodes you can use for the maximum production precision or if necessary produce them. You continuously monitor the production process and miss and check different components. Last but not least, you're waiting for your machines, taking bug analyses and introducing any countermeasures.

Completed technical training in the metal region, for example for the machining mechanic, tool mechanic, precision mechanic, or Industrial mechanic or comparable qualification Knowledge of machine control such as Ingersoll 32-bit, Ingersoll 64-bit and Rooms & Kreim Safe handling of the multiprog (program system for eroding machines), PROGmod (programming system for ZK), Multizell (programming system for Ingersoll 4000er), Chameleon (process control system), Usoft Solid (for Zeiss DuraMax and Eclipse), Solid Works, DCAMCUT Multiannual experience in metal processing and industrial production – at best as an eroder Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook Good German in Word and Writing You convince with an independent and exact way of working, hand-on mentality, quality awareness and desire for teamwork
