Insolvency clerk for the area of regular and consumer insolvencies (m/f/d)

We are a company specialized in refurbishment and restructuring, and are one of the most established firms in the field of insolvency administration throughout Germany. Together with more than 80 employees, we refurbish companies in the crisis and support the maintenance of jobs.

For our office in Kassel we are looking for

You support our lawyers in the processing of insolvency proceedings and conduct the written and telephone correspondence with the parties to the proceedings (debtors, creditors, lawyers, authorities)

Preparation of reports and reports

Management of the insolvency table

(m/w/d) or have a comparable commercial or legal qualification

You already have experience in dealing with insolvency cases

You are versed in dealing with MS Office programs, knowledge in winsolvenz p3/p4 are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
