The focus of our services is on man with all his physical, spiritual and spiritual needs. From the spring of 2026, the Malteser in Lutherstadt Wittenberg will open a new service life, which represents a valuable enrichment for the region. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated employees (m/w/d) in the field of mini-job support services from 1 February 2026. It is used primarily in this housing unit. Your tasks:

• Ensuring nursing care, including treatment care, within the framework of approved qualifications
• Active cooperation in the care team
• Implementation of quality standards
• Preparation of meals
• Documentation and performance assessment in the course of care
