Call number 06/2026 We are looking for educational professionals (m/w/d) full-time or part-time for our multi-professional KiTa teams in Cologne Lindweiler and Cologne Longerich. Our 3 kitas work according to the situation-oriented approach with a partially open concept. We offer all three KiBiz group shapes for children from a few months to school. We follow the model of group thickness reduction. Due to the lower number of children to be supervised, we ensure the quality of our educational work.

Working in a KiTa group and supporting the children in their individual personality development through common growth and shapes active participation in the fact that all children receive the same opportunities for education, education and care in their wish-KiTa plan and perform free play, projects and experiences of sensory perception Observation and creation of development documentation Supporting parents in raising their child and creating good conditions for the reconciliation of family and work Conducting educational documentation and associated administrative tasks Team cooperation Willingness to further develop pedagogical work
