Program management and regular collaboration with teams/stakeholders Analysis of internal reports for safety-relevant management decisions Guide and agreements for health/security projects and policies Promoting programs to improve technical specifications/designs Above-average travel readiness in the covered region A day in the life In this very versatile role, you work at one of our logistics locations and contribute directly to many aspects of our security culture. You manage the work protection standards and improve functionality and efficiency. You will also guide your team and help you implement changes based on employee feedback and the perception of opportunities for continuous process improvement.

A Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in accordance with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) Advanced control of oral and written communication in English Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred qualifications: International/national recognised certification as a security specialist, e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, occupational safety specialist “Sifa” Insufficient experience in compliance with local safety regulations Advanced mastery of oral and written communication in German Experience with Lean, 5S and Kaizen Methods Qualifications or experience in sustainability Insufficient experience in communication with a wide range of stakeholders, including your colleagues and the leadership level Knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering and control technology JOBV1_EN
