In the reception of clients, we carry out various assessments to determine the status quo. In the course of time we evaluate these, react very quickly to changes and agree on necessary measures. We examine the domestic situation and determine the need for necessary care aids. We support our clients in the application and procurement of care aids.

We also attach great importance to the support and advice of the relatives. We will help with all the necessary requests (including those for the necessary increases). We maintain intensive communication with the relatives in order to implement necessary measures in a targeted manner.

With our employees we maintain an open and communicative relationship. We live mutual appreciation. We have more than 10 employees working with us for more than five years. Our fluctuation rate in the last four years is almost zero. You support our clients in everyday life through an activating basic and treatment care (LG1/2) to allow them a self-determined life in their homes. As a fixed reference person, you are in close contact with the clients and their relatives and work hand in hand with our nurses in the team. You ensure the high quality of our care by carefully documenting the course of care and contributing to the adaptation of the action planning. You actively promote the health and well-being of your clients, identify changes in their condition and, if necessary, initiate the next steps.

You have a completed training on treatment care (LG1/LG2). Your empathic and affluent way of dealing with older people is yours. You work independently as well as structured, and at the same time You like to actively participate in the team. Class B driving licence is mandatory for outpatient care. Very good German knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing complete your profile.
