Welcome to the GFT Attract & Hire of Mercedes-Benz AG! As a Global Functional Team (GFT), we are responsible for the global processes from Employer Branding to Recruiting & Hiring to onboarding. Our team Recruiting and Inspire, as part of the GFT, aims to create an impressive Candidate Experience and is looking for a motivated team player. Your tasks with us: Collaboration in the development of recruiting products in the fields of sourcing (procurement) and selection (selection) - These include topics such as job markets, recruiting trends or selection instruments

Support in co-designing and implementing team-wide, strategic projects

Moderation of team meetings as part of hybrid work (virtual and in presence)

Support in the organisation and preparation of Alumni conferences and alumni management events as well as assistance with the Inspire trainings

The internship ideally starts at the end of August/beginning of September 2026.

Studies in psychology, economics, social sciences or comparable studies with ideally first practical experiences in the HR environment

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and teams

Ability to understand complex concepts, to visualize and explain creatively

Quick conception, structured mode of operation, interest in new issues and strong communication skills
