Design with us the Mercedes-Benz car house and sales team of the future – Marketing & Sales Mercedes-Benz AG. How do trends and the increasing number of online sales affect customer visits? How does the experience in the car house have to change in the future in order to offer our customers an attractive and brand-appropriate experience? What car house formats do we need in the future? We would like to answer these and many other exciting questions together with you to offer our customers an innovative and individual sales experience. Be part of our dynamic and friendly team, have fun at work with us and develop concepts for approx. 4,000 showrooms, as well as for the customer interaction of about 35,000 employees worldwide. Your tasks include: Support us in developing new strategic approaches You take over and implement independent subtasks as part of current projects on the physical brand experience in the Mercedes-Benz car house Support of team management in the preparation of decision templates for management The creation of project presentations and preparation of documents, the design of new online and offline media in corporate design belong to your tasks Self-organization of meetings and workshops Cross-functional cooperation with overarching departments and external partners (e.g. agencies) Operational day business support The mandatory practice can start from mid-August 2025.

Course in Economics, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint Analytical and conceptual working methods, process know-how, communication skills, flexibility, team capacity, high degree of initiative, as well as independent working methods and above-average willingness to use First professional experience in retail or internships in marketing, as well as project management desirable Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
