Your tasks include the following responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing the overall strategy for radar-based ADAS software solutions, aligning with company goals and industry Technical Leadership: Leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced radar software, ensuring high performance and reliability Organizational Setup: Building and structuring the software development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment Driving innovation and continuous improvement for our radar products Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Mentoring and developing team members The position can be staffed in different locations within Germany.

Academic Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification Proven long-term experience in software development for radar and ADAS systems Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of radar technology and its applications in ADAS Proficiency in programming languages search as C++, Python, and MATLAB Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills desired Experience with software development tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Applications fromly handicapped people are welcome.
