QA Analyst - Quality Assurance / MS SQL / ERP (m/f/d)

You check and ensure the quality of new and modified programs and modules You test and validate add-on products and their interfaces You create user-oriented documentation for internal needs and external users You support training and training for employees:inside You accompany rollouts and support pilot projects You support the hotline team in solving program and manufacturer-specific challenges in 2nd level support You communicate closely between product management and development in agile teams for efficient quality assurance You represent the company at trade fairs and customer events

You have several years of practical experience in the application of software solutions, ideally in QA or support You have a strong knowledge of the operations in car houses You have well-founded knowledge in handling Windows operating systems and terminal server environments You have basic knowledge in relational database systems, preferably MS SQL You are a team-capable, have an analytical mindset and work structured and independent You have experience with Enterprise Software, ideally in the field of ERP systems or DMS and a secure handling of the current MS Office products
