System & Application Specialist (w/m/d) – System and user support Company: Invitec GmbH & Co. KG Location: Germany-wide or Essen Working model: permanent employment, full time, home office Invitec GmbH & Co. The core competencies are bundled into pioneering IT solutions for sterile goods supply. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a system & application specialist (w/m/d) – core team AEMP at the closest possible time.

You accompany and advise our customers in the project planning and implementation of our software solutions for sterile goods supply in the DACH region You provide customers with the commissioning and functioning of the software and are in close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from AEMP, IT and clinical disciplines You support our customers in tests, rollouts and go-live phases You identify optimization potentials in the customer's application behaviour and advise on their implementation You work on the further development of the training program and the training documents with (hand-outs etc.) You also work with colleagues from other fields to advise them on solving different issues with customers or partners You support product development by transferring customer requirements to the development department

You have completed their studies in the field of (economic) informatics, medical technology or a successfully completed technical or medical-care training in health care or comparable You bring professional experience in IT consulting or in the hospital environment (e.g. AEMP management, surgical management, sterile goods supply of a clinic) Ideally, you have experience or profound understanding of clinical processes, ideally supplemented by knowledge in the field of preparation You have a good understanding of clinical processes and digital processes Experience with software launches or IT projects in the healthcare sector would be beneficial Personal competencies: Embossed process-oriented thinking and working as well as a high degree of technical understanding and imagination are of course for you You will enjoy learning new technologies and methods You have didactic skills for software training You have high reliability and care in planning and documentation You are a team player and have a high level of customer and service orientation You have readiness to travel and are ready to provide a high proportion of your working time with the customer on site You have good to very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Your safe appearance as well as their high target and result-oriented mode of operation complete your profile
