Your goal: let your customers' dreams come true by bringing them to their own four walls. From the first interview to the conclusion of the contract, you are there for interested parties and advise them on our construction financing and other products, such as insurance or banking products, and of course have our sales objectives in mind. With our “Löwenleitfinger” consulting tool, you can empirically orientate yourself to the customer needs, discuss individual details, facts and conditions in customer discussions, and start with tailor-made building financing solutions that satisfy all stakeholders. You can also take care of incoming customer requests competently, analyze the respective requirements of messerscharf and forward them to your competent colleagues in a situation-oriented manner. With everything you do, you rely on value-adding communication, close personal contact and excellent support, thus keeping customer satisfaction and referral rate high.
