· You are in charge of advising executives HR statements/decisions and development issues responsible.

· Support and advice for change and Organizational development projects also belong to your area of responsibility the introduction of the HR perspective in strategic discussions and the design of the sector-wide HR strategy and implementation of HR topics.

· You select suitable HR instruments and include them the HR specialist.

· Preparing both qualitative and quantitative personnel planning in coordination with the guiding force as well as the control of potential, Selection and development programs are part of your task.

· You work trustfully with the co-determination bodies.

· You participate in the qualification and advise the executives in questions of employee management.

· In addition, you can work on enterprise-wide projects and group level.

A background that convinces

· You have successfully completed your High/Fachhochschulstudie (Diplom/Master) completed.

· Knowledge and experience gained in the field of activity, in particular in personnel and organisational development, change management and profound experience in all essential processes in HR management you'll bring.

· Long-term experience in cooperation with co-determination bodies you can prove.

· You can succeed in implementing change and demonstrate organisational development projects.

· You have comprehensive labour law knowledge, wage tax law and social insurance knowledge are of advantage.

· With PC standard applications, especially safe handling MS-Office, you're familiar.

· You have a driving licence of class 3 or B.

· In the team you are inspired by your result and value orientation, your communication and team skills and your personal Integrity.

· Your work is through entrepreneurial thinking and Persuasion and enforcement.
