The personnel controlling of the regional office of the Malteser Hilfsdienst is responsible as part of the staff department of the Bavarian Region for around 120 departments and more than 20 different departments. You develop and carry out measures in personnel controlling: creation of evaluations to support the executives (e.g. personnel planning, supply calculations) Processing of the annual accounts, such as the formation of provisions Quality assurance in pay accounting and personnel management

Cooperation in exciting projects at regional level and in close cooperation with the Malteser Central You report directly to the staff management

A successfully completed degree in business management or a comparable qualification First experiences in controlling, preferably with a focus on staff, of advantage High number affinity and very good IT skills, especially in MS Office, ideally also with SAP HCM Joy to analyze data and draw valuable conclusions from it Analytical thinking and ability to interpret as well as enthusiasm, numbers and data A process-oriented mindset – especially in times of digitalization Self-employed and structured work Team and communication skills
