Skilled worker in civil engineering / bricklayer / metalworker as track layer

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a track builder:in (w/m/d) for the regional repair of DB InfraGO AG at the Esslingen site at Neckar or Kornwestheim.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the constant maintenance of our rail network and our track systems
• You carry out inspection, maintenance and repair work on, for example, rails, thresholds, track bed independently and reliably
• You can also carry out welding work such as arc hand welding, thermit welding work and cutting work independently after the completed courses
• The safety of your team mate: you always have a look at the daily work on the track
• You're going through our internal training program, regularly attending training courses and constantly learning about it

Your profile:

• You bring a successfully completed training as a track builder:in or in a comparable profession as a specialist:in civil engineering, steel construction, concrete construction, metal builder:in, mason:in with

• Ideally, you already have a well-founded professional experience in track construction and bring the necessary ambition and suitability to acquire further skills in the Gewerk track as well as the qualification:to the superstructure welder:in.

• The willingness to shiftwork (night, weekend and holiday work) as well as to work outdoors is of course for you

• You like physically demanding activities and like to work in the team

• Class B licence is available and willingness to purchase the C1 or C1E licence at the expense of the employer.
