We are responsible for the digital 3D engineering workstation for the construction and security areas and provide end-to-end solutions for development and protection as well as data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) with the Center of Competence for CAD, Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR/XR) and Big Data for the research and development of Mercedes-Benz Cars. In addition, we have the central responsibility for mandates for methods and processes in mechanical product development. With our digital products, we are the strategic digitization partner of RD and contribute to achieving the target image “Data-driven Company”. Use of modern cloud technologies (e.g., Azure) to store, manage and process large amounts of data

Development and evaluation of different AI models

Development of methods for efficient data purification

Optimization of existing AI processes and tools

The activity may begin from April 2026 (or by agreement).

Study programme of computer science, engineering or comparable.

Knowledge of data processing using Python via Azure Databricks or Excel and PowerBI.

Knowledge of AI, Pytorch and Tensorflow

Motivation, team capacity, initiative and problem-solving competence.

Analytical way of thinking and structured working.

Passion for digital topics, technologies and trends.

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
