On behalf of our business partner, a renowned project management office, we are looking for a personality (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with corresponding professional experience that manages complex construction projects and estimates a clear, structured cooperation.

In a professional environment with clear responsibilities, high quality standards and short decision-making, you play a responsible role in the project management.

You first enter into a long-term large-scale project in the Greater Munich area and play a central role in the project management. You will work in a trusted and close coordination with the management and report directly to them. You significantly contribute to the project success, think forward-looking, act in a solution-oriented manner and drive the operational and strategic project development decisively.

Control of defined areas of responsibility and performance within a complex large project independent management of subprojects or Project sections including comprehensive interface and stakeholder management Coordination of all specialist planners, engineers and external project participants Responsibility for cost, appointment and quality control (AHO) incl. structured controlling & reporting Participation in the follow-up assessment, risk analysis and the creation of resilient decision bases for project and management Ensuring a professional and consistent project presence in close cooperation with the overall project management

Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering (Construction) or a comparable discipline Multi-year, well-founded experience in the project management of demanding construction projects Detectable competence in controlling complex construction projects – ideally in a responsible role Secure control of cost, appointment and quality control according to AHO and routine in structured project controlling Embossed capacity for structured, independent and reliable operation, even in dynamic project phases Strong communication and coordination capability at all levels and safe in the clear, address-oriented preparation of complex facts Professional, sovereign appearance and high standards of quality, responsibility and integrity – with the ability to act clearly, constructively and reliably within defined project and decision structures. Affinity for digital tools and modern technologies, including AI-based applications, with the aim of developing work processes efficiently
