Basic tasks: You accompany young people with special needs in their vocational training You carry out social-pedagogical group offers and support our trainees in personal crises and job search at the end of training As a process manager, you agree important individual funding and assistance planning within your multi-professional team At the same time, you are the central contact person for family members, authorities and institutions and responsible for reports and documentation Your valuable know-how will help you develop our pedagogical concepts Area of specialisation: Depending on your skills, you will take over an interdisciplinary field of specialization, such as application training, internship support, media education group offers or digitization projects You provide a share of the representation of ill colleagues

You have successfully completed your university degree in social education, social work or comparable qualification Knowledge of the interaction of the institutions involved in the rehabilitation process is the basis of your know-how. Experience in media and group educational offers and in case management are desirable Their appreciation for diversity and their positive basic attitude towards people with disabilities is also evident in the application of modern educational methods. You are safe in handling MS Office applications and have good German knowledge in word and writing You can easily build social relationships and make the right sound You are characterised by a high degree of flexibility, as You will work in different training areas.
