We are looking for the Office for Social Affairs and Participation of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. As of 1 July 2026, the body must be occupied in part-time (60 %) and indefinitely.

In the context of a public service relationship, housingless persons or persons threatened with housinglessness are permanently made available to an apartment. The team of Interim dwellings in the field of homeless assistance and prevention will support households and assist in finding a long-term rental relationship.

• They analyse the situation of households against the background of housing biography and develop support strategies to enable people to find and maintain long-term housing
• Close cooperation with the occupancy management, with various social services and social services is also one of your tasks

• Complex and cross-border individual cases process responsible and solution-oriented

Your profile that suits us

• A completed study in the field of social education, social work, social affairs or comparable social science or educational studies
• A deeper understanding of work approaches and needs for action in the working area of housing emergency aid
• The ability to work across the field, networked and cooperatively
• knowledge in conflict management and consulting and moderation competence
• Joy in situational work and work in a team
• Knowledge of debt counselling and SGB II and SGB XII are desirable
