Operations Engineer Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

Responsibility for technical building management in ongoing operation and further development of technical infrastructure at several locations Technical operating topics in site management (brand protection technology, building technology, electrical engineering, building automation etc.) incl. strategic cost planning and tracking Ensuring a legally compliant plant and building operation in compliance with statutory requirements, technical regulations and regulatory requirements Monitoring and analysis of energy consumption and taxes on modernisation and rehabilitation measures Commissioning, coordination and management of foreign companies and service contracts Analysis of disturbances and development of economic maintenance strategies to ensure high plant availability Working in site-related and cross-site projects, taking over new or reconstructed buildings and facilities into operation, and participating in a willingness to call and use in exchange with the team

Complete technical studies, e.g. in the field of electrical, building or supply technology or a comparable discipline First experiences in the planning or operation of plant or building technology are advantageous Self-employed, structured and responsible work Impressed team skills and professional handling of internal and external contacts Open, service- and solution-oriented communication Good computer skills, especially in MS Office; Knowledge of SAP and CAFM systems is advantageous
