About the company:

As part of the further development of its safety and resilience organization, a central role is taken in the safety, security and business continuity environment. Control and further development of the occupational safety organisation at several business locations including risk assessments, safety instructions and visits Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in the environment Responsibility for concepts and measures in the field of physical safety and monitoring of safety-relevant projects until successful implementation in regular operation Working in Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management, including Risk Analysis, Emergency Care and Support for Corresponding Bodies Further development, harmonisation and documentation of standards, processes and guidelines in the field of Safety & Security Advising internal specialist areas on safety-relevant issues and operational support in day-to-day business Control and coordination of external service providers in the area of responsibility

Complete qualification with a focus on occupational safety or physical safety, also in connection with supplementary studies as well as relevant professional experience in the safety, security, risk management or similar fields Knowledge of occupational safety and/or physical safety and good understanding of regulatory and organisational requirements (e.g. ASA structures, external departments) Experience in the project and process management, in particular in the structured management, prioritization and sustainable implementation of projects Structured, analytical work and the ability to prepare complex safety-related topics in a comprehensible manner and to implement them pragmatically Representative communication and stakeholder management skills, in particular in the handling of internal interfaces, bodies and external service providers High sense of responsibility and quality as well as safe, discreet handling of sensitive and confidential topics Very good German and at least good English skills
