Senior Project Manager – Construction and Planning

We are looking for you as Senior Project Manager:in – Construction and Planning (w/m/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at the Duisburg site. Your tasks:

In your new function, you conduct multidisciplinary railway infrastructure projects and guide the project team professionally You are responsible for compliance with the quality, dates and costs over all phases of performance and project You structure work packages, schedule dates, control plan runs and follow budgets You first and plead HOAI / AHO expense calculations and negotiate with customers: inside You actively tax risks and manage contract and supplement management according to HOAI, AHO and VOB Call and award processes for planning and construction services You participate in the acquisition of new orders and advise stakeholders:internal relations

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer:in or in a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of complex railway infrastructure projects in the field of constructive engineering or transport planning You can demonstrate knowledge of the relevant regulations, in particular the railway-specific rules.
