We accompany construction projects from planning to turnkey handover and offer energy-efficient refurbishment concepts, construction cost analyses and advice on funding opportunities. In addition, the range of services includes the intermediation of components, works and finished parts elements as well as the implementation of construction projects in their own and foreign names. Roof cover & maintenance: You take over the professional cover and repair of steep and flat roofs using various materials. Quality assurance: You perform thorough roof inspections, identify vulnerabilities and eliminate damage autonomously and precisely. Insulation & protection: You install modern insulation materials as well as high-quality roof seals to optimize buildings energetically and protect them from weather. Special area flat roof: You use your expertise in the professional installation and sealing of flat roof constructions. Interface work: You work closely and in partnership with the construction management as well as colleagues from other plants to guarantee a smooth progress in construction.

You have a completed training as a roof top, roof top master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the building trade. In handling common roofing materials and tools, you are routined and safe. You are absolutely dizzy-free and physically loadable to work safely in height. You work reliably as well as quality-consciously and can easily adapt to the team and the building management thanks to their very good knowledge of German. You'll bring a class B driver's license.
