Come to our team in Landesbau. In this position you are responsible for the technical requirements of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation, including planning, monitoring and coordination. Various sites of use (casts or Bad Nauheim) are possible in the center of the branch.

Completed degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology or an adequate degree or comparable qualification Professional experience in supply technology and planning and construction management experience Knowledge of the different HOAI performance phases, ideally in public procurement and contract law Safe handling of MS Office programs, an AVA program (iTWO desirable), ideally basic knowledge in a CAD program Knowledge of the coordination of planning services with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is desirable Negotiation, enforcement and organisational skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Ability to use large-scale or narrow-scale construction sites as well as class B driving licences and the willingness to use occasional service journeys (pool vehicle) in the area of the establishment
