Working student in the field of Human Resources (m/f/d)

for 12 to 20 hours/week

Care of personal data using our HR software systems

Processing of employee requests such as time detection or mistime management

Preparation of various contractual documents (e.g. internship contracts)

Preparation of evaluations and PowerPoint presentations

Creation of work certificates

Strong support in various HR projects

To become part of the R osenxt Fa milie, convince us through teamwork and independent work. A (not yet completed) degree in the field of business management or in a comparable course of study with a focus on staff

Fun in administrative activities and interest to get to know part of the operational staff work

Good English knowledge of word and writing

Communication strength and precise and careful and conscientious functioning

Responsibility and reliability in handling personal data

Knowledge of the professional handling of the current MS Office programs
