Senior M&A Manager (m/w/d)

Do you have the talent to put ideas into concrete, value-creating solutions and keep the whole thing in mind? Then we're looking for you! Your post: You take over the planning, coordination and implementation of M&A projects, including comprehensive analysis, management of due diligence and successful post-merger integration, while ensuring strategic and financial goals through precise PMI reporting.

You are responsible for the effective cooperation of all project participants – from the contacts with target companies to internal colleagues to external consultants – and thus promotes a smooth process and information flow.

The creation and validation of business plans, taking into account potential synergies and risks, as well as the results of due diligence, are one of your key tasks that significantly support project success.

You will create convincing presentations and decision-making templates for our corporate bodies and advise the senior management of the operating units, with you acting as a valuable interface to other corporate functions.

You actively support the design and negotiation of contracts in different phases of the project and pay particular attention to the optimal commercial framework conditions to ensure the long-term success of our M&A strategy.

That's what you bring: Completed economic studies and over five years of professional experience in corporate M&A, BIG4, WP companies, investment banking or M&A boutiques.

Comprehensive project experience in M&A processes and well-founded knowledge in common methods of corporate assessment and financial analysis/financial modeling, complemented by practical experience in negotiating business transactions.

Strong network and communication skills combined with a strong entrepreneurial thinking and action to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Embossed analytical skills combined with creativity and pragmatism to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Self-employed work and a high level of commitment that will enable you to efficiently drive and successfully implement projects.
