The Siloah St. Trudpert Klinikum has a wide range of disciplines in 12 clinics, an Institute of Diagnostics and Interventional Radiology, as well as various centers with its highly medical and nursing departments.

With a total of 499 beds, it serves the control system with central care tasks and thus constitutes an essential part of the supply network in our region.

The Siloah St. Trudpert Klinikum is an academic teaching hospital at Heidelberg University. In order to strengthen our social service, we are looking for a Social Education / Social Worker - Diploma / Master / Bachelor in Full-time (m/w/d)

You advise patients and relatives competently in social matters Plan and guide medical rehabilitation measures You organize outpatient or stationary support and care after your hospital stay You accompany people in distressing situations and provide professional crisis intervention You are actively involved in redundancy management and work closely with the medical and nursing team You cooperate with rehabilitation clinics, social facilities, cost-beneficiaries and offices to ensure accurate post-care

A completed study in social work, social education or a comparable qualification Sovereignty and loadability: You also act calmly and structured in demanding situations Teamability and high performance: you actively support your colleagues as needed and thus contribute to the stability of the team Reliability, joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and a self-responsible working Empathy, communication strength, organizational skills and structured approach in your daily work
