Together with our customers, you as a consultant shape the future of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry. With a holistic view of the entire value chain, you develop and realize innovative, sustainable and high-performance operations concepts – from production and packaging to logistics and smart factory.

You participate in international planning and transformation projects and take responsibility for subprojects – from production and packaging to digitalization, automation and sustainability. By analyzing customer requirements, you will guide individual project approaches and create matching offers. You analyze processes directly with the customer, moderate workshops and develop innovative concepts for efficient and sustainable production and logistics processes together with the project team. You create material flow and layout planning with modern planning tools (e.g. visTABLE and PacSi) and create the basis for efficient, future-proof production and logistics processes.

You have a degree in economic engineering, engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring first professional experience in process or industrial consulting as well as knowledge in line and factory planning or automation. You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent way of working. Your communication strength and your safe appearance to customers at project and decision level are yours. You have a safe handling of MS Office; Ideally, you will also have experience with planning tools such as visTABLE or SimPlan. Your very good knowledge of German and English as well as team spirit, flexibility and readiness to travel complete your profile.
