As a non-profit company, the Studierendenwerk Schleswig-Holstein gives 60,000 students in the fields of university gastronomy, housing, BAföG, consulting, family and culture backwind. The Studentenwerk Schleswig-Holstein is looking for one or more

or comparable qualified specialist for priority use as a representative in the age group of 1-6 years for the four daycare centres in Kiel, in full time (38.7 hours/week) & unlimited.

REQUIREMENTS

• Support of group staff in the group's technical and organizational matters
• independent work in the field of care, education and promotion of children in the institutions
• technical observation and documentation of child development processes and support of children's self-training processes according to their topics
• Instructions for interns
• Initiating cross-group educational impulses to accompany the child's self-training processes
• Design and accompaniment of educational events based on the educational guidelines for Schleswig-Holstein
• cooperative cooperation with parents
• constructive cooperation in the teams
• active cooperation in service meetings, team training, quality management and continued design

PROFIL

• completed training with state recognition as an educator or comparable educational qualification (acquired shortly)
