Tasks

• They take over the change and installation of complex injection moulding tools and ensure that our modern injection moulding machines are optimally set up and started.
• After setting all process parameters, you conduct the release processes for series production together with quality assurance.
• They analyse and troubleshoot process disorders and implement targeted measures to prevent long-term errors.

Requirements

• You have a completed training as a process mechanic plastic/rubber technology or a comparable conclusion
• Professional experience in the plastics or rubber industry
• good knowledge of the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• work independently and structured and advised to work in the 3-layer system
