Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: You actively advise, independent and holistic the trade customers assigned to you personally. You attract new customers, build a long-term customer relationship and maintain it. You create credit decisions including voting within your competences. You accept customer needs, identify needs and work with our specialists. You represent the Sparkasse Heidelberg in public. Your profile – let us inspire you: You have completed your studies as savings banks or Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) You bring deep knowledge in commercial customer business as well as segment-specific know-how. You have a well-founded knowledge of the required supervisory and legal requirements, incl. Knowledge of legislation on consumer credit contracts and consumer protection provisions. You work independently, independently as well as solution-oriented and result-oriented, combined with a pronounced communication capability. Your high digital affinity and sales competence complete your profile.
