In this position, you will work on the strategic and operational development of the process and document management of Diehl Defence. You will identify opportunities for improvement in process management and work on the design and implementation of corresponding solutions. You implement recommendations for action and implement them in the process and document management of Diehl Defence. In addition, you develop and visualize business processes with the product and specialist areas and coordinate or moderate the expert teams. In addition, the BPM portal will support you and process the internal workflows.

A completed training with a further education to the technician/master (m/w/d) or a study is the ideal basis for this position. You have experience in the development and implementation of business processes, as well as initial experience in the implementation of strategic projects. In addition, you have a high understanding of area- and system-wide operations and good knowledge of MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote). You can use your high level of social competence and communication skills both within the team and interdisciplinary.
