As IT Specialist M365 (m/w/d) you take over the administration, care and optimization of our M365 environment including Exchange SharePoint, teams and Microsoft-Azur solutions Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and continuous development of our IT infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory, Domain Controller) and their processes You process service enquiries and are the technical point of contact in the Microsoft area for our users to analyze and eliminate complex disturbances To this end, you are in regular contact with our internal IT teams and external service providers In addition, the advice and support of BAUHAUS Landesgesellschaft is also your responsibility

Successfully completed training in the IT field or studies with IT orientation (e.g. business informatics, computer science) Multiannual professional experience in the IT field, in particular in the area of Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange, would be desirable Enthusiasm for Microsoft 365 products and the ability to work on new topics independently Embossed communication skills and customer orientation as well as safe occurrence and team capability Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
