For our main branch in Varsseveld we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter (m/w/d) for the Dutch market, with 32 to 40 hours a week.

In this role, you shape the entire recruiting process for the Netherlands independently, from the development of suitable recruiting strategies to the direct address and selection of candidates to the successful occupation of open positions. Together with our executives, offices, HR and marketing, you will gain the talents that sustainably drive the success and growth of Ten Brinke. You will understand how to connect candidates, positions and corporate culture. Development of Recruiting Strategies: Together with marketing, you develop targeted recruiting campaigns through our career side, social media channels and relevant job platforms. You understand how to address different target groups and translate current developments in the labour market into successful recruiting measures. Sparring partners for managers and needs analysis: You work closely with the executives and managing directors of our branches in the Netherlands to understand their personnel needs. In doing so, you develop appropriate recruiting strategies, create appealing job advertisements and actively assist in obtaining the best talents. Implementation of interviews: You conduct interviews, evaluate the professional and personal suitability of candidates and accompany them through the entire recruiting process. In addition, you will ensure careful documentation and data management in Workday. Designing a Positive Candidate Experience: From the appointment planning for interviews to the first working day, you will ensure a professional Candidate Experience and keep all participants informed transparently at any time. Employer Branding: Together with marketing, you are constantly working on strengthening our employer brand. You make sure that Ten Brinke is visible to existing and future employees as an attractive employer. Higher education marketing and networking: You'll contact universities and universities and represent Ten Brinke at career fairs, recruiting events, internship projects and graduate trade fairs to gain talent for our company at an early stage. Recruiting advice for branches: You work closely with our teams in the Netherlands, understand their challenges and proactively advise on recruiting topics, recruitment and current developments in the labour market.
