We, the Bavarian Chamber of utilities, promote the professional equality of women and men and welcome it when women apply. They are responsible for the strategic development of our IAM system and ensure its reliable operation. They examine and plan the implementation of the requirements of the department and ensure smooth integration. You also act as a central point of contact for all customizing and workflow requirements. They develop concepts and guidelines for the expansion and adaptation of our systems. They control the recertification process, monitor compliance with standards and are editorially responsible for the IAM regulatory framework. As a (part) project manager (m/w/d), you will develop project plans and task packages that will continuously follow and monitor you. They agree with various organizational units and external service providers to ensure efficient cooperation and successful implementation of projects. In addition, you drive forward the implementation and adaptation of the IAM system for the Bavarian Supply Chamber by effectively coordinating external service providers.

You have a completed degree in (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Alternatively, you have completed IT training and many years of relevant professional experience. They bring deep expertise in identity and access management. You also have comprehensive knowledge and methods in project management. You have knowledge in the fields of data protection and data security and use them specifically to ensure the highest safety standards. They impress with safe occurrence and strong communication and negotiation capabilities. You are distinguished by a careful and structured procedure. You have the pleasure of communicating with our internal customers (m/w/d) and always focus on their needs.
