the disposition, control and coordination of craftsmanship orders via several works – including construction time planning, appointment control, and the creation, modification and cancellation of sequence orders; the operational control and quality assurance of the tickets and orders (completeness, plausibility and factual and computational testing); the regular evaluation and reporting of relevant key figures (experienced services, utilisation) and the derivation of specific optimization measures; the implementation of data analyses for the continuous improvement of craftsman control and disposition processes; the monitoring of the budget and support the location managers as well as specialist departments in the development of the handicraft service.
