Your IMPACT: You process simple to very complex project preparations, maintenance and repair planning with an existing customer and identify new possibilities for increasing the service and project business on existing and new customer facilities. You are also responsible for the knowledge transfer within the service department, in coordination with other service engineers. As a solid resource at the customer, you work the tasks agreed in the maintenance contract directly with the team on site. In addition, it is important to plan and implement the project shops on site with the customer. You are involved in complex tasks and analyses of faults, but also perform them on site in the customer facilities. You use your analytical skills in the data analysis of large amounts of information (e.g. log files & databases). You are planning the practical implementation of system designs and architectures that have been roughly outlined during the offer phase and are working together with our experts and customers. This also includes system architecture & system design (FDS), system descriptions (Project Design Specification (PDS) and documentation within the scope of IEC 62443-2-4 In addition, you take a strong position in the development of offers, improvement concepts and analyses and actively participate in project planning and project implementation. Other tasks include the preparation and monitoring of PreFAT, FAT and SAT procedures for large-scale customer projects and the analysis and elimination of malfunctions and diagnostics of the systems.

Your profile:

You have a completed training as a specialist informant or a study / master / technician with a focus on automation, information or communication technology (or comparable). Ideally, you have knowledge in process control technology as well as in computer and network topologies. If this is not yet the case, you will learn it with us! Important are good knowledge in the field of information technology – and operation technology (OT), especially Windows with the focus on operating systems, networks, infrastructure or storage systems – and information security. First experiences in handling programming and operating systems (Windows) are desirable. You speak German very well and also have good technical English skills to work with pleasure in international teams.
